Those persons accessing and/or using the Site are considered as Users and accept from that moment, fully and without reservations, the present General Conditions as well as the Particular Conditions which, as the case may be, complement, modify or substitute the General Conditions in relation to specific services or contents of the Site.

The user agrees to use the Web and its services and contents in accordance with the applicable legislation, in good faith, and in keeping with the generally accepted uses and public order. VI.1.- Privacy Policy

Naval Antiques gathers personal information from its Users through various forms for its storage and/or use with relation to said User. The information provided by the Users is stored in an automated database property of Naval Antiques. The information contained within this database is used by the Database Manager in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and, in particular, safeguarding the confidential nature of the information which has been gathered in the course of the use of the web site by the User. However, the Data Base Manager may reveal the personal information of the User and any other information of the User when so required by the public authorities in the exercise of their legitimate functions and in accordance with applicable legislation. The User will assume responsibility for any damages or harm caused to Naval Antiques and/or third parties which are the result of any erroneous, inexact, outdated or false information provided.

VI.2.- Registration of Website Users

The contracting, access and use of certain services and applications offered in the Site require the prior registration of the User through the General Registration Form. The data provided by the Users in said form will be incorporated into an automated database property of Naval Antiques, the management and use of which is subject to the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13 th of December, regarding personal data protection and its conditions. Naval Antiques does not provide any guarantee and in no way accepts responsibility for damages of any nature which may result from: the lack of availability, maintenance and effectiveness of the Web and/or its services or contents; the lack of utility, appropriateness or validity of the Web and/or its services or contents for the satisfaction of the needs, activities or specific expectations of the User; the existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programs within the contents of the site; the reception, storage, diffusion or transmission of the contents on the part of the Users; the illicit, fraudulent or negligent use of the Web, its services or contents on the part of the User which is contrary to the present General Conditions, good faith and the generally accepted uses or the public order; the lack of legality, quality, reliability utility or availability of the services provided by third parties and put at the disposition of the Users through this Web site; the non-compliance of third parties with the obligations or commitments related to the services provided to the Users through the Web site.

VIII.- Duration;

The duration of the services provided on the Web are indefinite. Notwithstanding the above, Naval Antiques reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the services provided on the Web or any services contained therein according to the same conditions specified in section four

In order to protect the possible intellectual property rights, in the case that any User or third party considers that a violation of their legitimate rights has occurred through the introduction of certain contents in the Web, they should notify Naval Antiques of this occurrence, indicating: the personal data of the party whose rights have been presumably violated; if the claim is presented by a third party, they must indicate in what capacity they are acting; indicate the contents protected by Intellectual Property rights and its location on the Web; the accreditation of said intellectual property rights; the express declaration that the interested party is responsible for the veracity of the information provided in the notification. The present General Conditions are subject to Spanish Law. Naval Antiques and the User expressly renunciation of any other legal jurisdiction which may correspond to them. They hereby agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the User for any questions which may arise or actions executed with relation to the services provided through this Web site and its contents and services as well as with regard to the interpretation, application, compliance and non-compliance with the herein established. In the case that the User is domiciled outside of Spain, Naval Antiques and the User, with the express renunciation of any other jurisdiction which may correspond to them, hereby agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Pontevedra.
