Those persons accessing and/or using the Site are considered as Users and accept from that moment, fully and without reservations, the present General Conditions as well as the Particular Conditions which, as the case may be, complement, modify or substitute the General Conditions in relation to specific services or contents of the Site.

The user agrees to use the Web and its services and contents in accordance with the applicable legislation, in good faith, and in keeping with the generally accepted uses and public order. Naval Antiques gathers personal information from its Users through various forms for its storage and/or use with relation to said User. The information provided by the Users is stored in an automated database property of Naval Antiques. The information contained within this database is used by the Database Manager in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and, in particular, safeguarding the confidential nature of the information which has been gathered in the course of the use of the web site by the User. However, the Data Base Manager may reveal the personal information of the User and any other information of the User when so required by the public authorities in the exercise of their legitimate functions and in accordance with applicable legislation. The present General Conditions are subject to Spanish Law. Naval Antiques and the User expressly renunciation of any other legal jurisdiction which may correspond to them. They hereby agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the User for any questions which may arise or actions executed with relation to the services provided through this Web site and its contents and services as well as with regard to the interpretation, application, compliance and non-compliance with the herein established. In the case that the User is domiciled outside of Spain, Naval Antiques and the User, with the express renunciation of any other jurisdiction which may correspond to them, hereby agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Pontevedra.
